My usual dollar tree stops don’t do that! Anyway, apparently you can print from their website too because this particular store won’t take it from your phone. Do better dollartree! Some of the goodies I’ve picked up over the last few days. The #dollartree pens write suprisingly well.
Spending the day working in my #artjournal, #crafting and reorganizing my #craftsupplies. I am repurposing, for the 3rd time, a three drawer rolling storage container. It will now be a movable storage for multimedia supplies, so no matter where I feel like working, I can just bring it with me. I want one of those doodads from #ikea, but with #gbaby around the house, it’s better to have something with drawers. My supplies have outgrown a shoe box and old tackle box so I upgraded. 😆

So this happened last night while I was binge watching #torchwood on @netflix. I used my browns or flesh and brights #copicmarkers to color the #mermaid. I’m going to try and wrap this page up over the weekend. I don’t think it’s supposed to take this long to do 1 #artjournalpage, but I’ve been doing life and #adulting in between the #art. I still haven’t come up with a suitable #quote or #sentiment for the page. I do have footage of most of my process, but I didn’t record coloring her. Maybe next time. No reason #blackout #planning can’t be simple and pretty! This is how I spent my #hurricanematthew time… designing and tracking the storm.
I didn’t do any other work because I wasn’t sure of we would lose power. So far we are good so it’s back to work for me. I love designing these #inserts, but it takes a lot of time and effort to resize, organize digital files and prep them for listings. So please bear with me. #livewellandplan
